We want you to love your Stripe & Stare pieces, so we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, knickers can only be returned if the hygiene seal remains intact and unopened.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Place your unworn items back into their original biodegradable packaging, ensuring all tags and hygiene seals are still attached.

Label and Post

Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.
